Using the tools
You may use the twelve public calculators without registration or payment. You are responsible for choosing inputs that reflect your circumstances and checking the stated assumptions and tax year. Calculation downloads contain your chosen inputs and results and are created on your device. Choose who you share them with.
Estimates and availability
Results depend on the inputs and supported formulas. Real tax assessments, fees, daily interest, investment outcomes and lender decisions can differ. The site may be updated or unavailable while maintenance takes place. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, misrepresent results as official approvals or use the site to collect another person’s private information. No licence to use third-party trademarks is granted.
Commercial relationships
AdSense connection code is installed on public pages; approval and ad delivery are controlled by Google. Affiliate links remain disabled. Sponsored relationships must be identified clearly and must not change free access to the essential calculators.
Operator and governing terms
The operator’s identity, contact details and applicable dispute and governing-law provisions must be finalised by the owner with suitable legal advice before launch. No regulatory status is asserted.
